About The Digger Depot

Every purchase from The Digger Depot, whether online or at our high school retail store, directly supports the students in the Lead-Deadwood community. When you shop here, you’re not just buying gear, you’re investing in our kids’ education, experiences, and future.

The Digger Depot began as a student-run project at Lead-Deadwood High School under the guidance of instructor Amy Todd, founder of the school’s business program. Our online store was later launched by dedicated parents from the Lead-Deadwood Elementary PTO. Together, these groups have built more than a store, they’ve created an outpouring of school spirit and community pride.

Items marked "in-house" were created by students in the Lead-Deadwood Business program and are available for free local pickup. All other items are printed by a third-party and shipped to your door, which is why you may see varying shipping charges, depending on your selection of items.
