Your privacy is important. We never sell or share your personal information. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (such as PayPal and major credit card companies).

We only collect the information needed to process your order and keep you informed about your purchase. If you subscribe to updates, we’ll use your email to share store news, promotions, or community updates, but you can unsubscribe at any time.

We currently accept:

  • Offline Payments (arranged locally with the school or PTO)

Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship in-house and third-party printed items within the United States. Orders are processed within 7-10 business days and shipped via standard USPS or UPS unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you’re local, you may also choose free local pickup at the Lead-Deadwood Elementary School location during designated hours or at Madame Peacock's located at 638 Main St. in Deadwood.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to love your Digger Depot gear. If something isn’t right, you may return or exchange unworn, unused items within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

  • Custom or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received.

  • Customer is responsible for return drop-off or return shipping costs.

 

To start a return or exchange, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Q: Where does the money from my purchase go?
A: 100% of proceeds from The Digger Depot go directly to Lead-Deadwood schools to benefit students and programs.

 

Q: Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?
A: Yes! If you’re local, choose the free pickup option at checkout.

 

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

 

Q: Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
A: Absolutely. As long as the item is unworn, unused, and returned within 14 days, we’ll be happy to exchange it or issue a refund.

 

Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: At times, yes! For special requests (such as team bulk orders or custom spirit wear), please reach out to us directly.

 

Q: Who runs The Digger Depot?
A: The store is a partnership between Lead-Deadwood High School students (as part of the business program) and the Lead-Deadwood Elementary PTO. Together, we bring school spirit to life and fund programs for kids.
